1. Custom your doll. Check the doll specs and customize it with the options listed when you scroll down on the doll page and then click ‘add to cart’ after selecting options.
2. Checkout & pay. Fill in your shopping details (your name, contact number and delivery address). Select your payment options, if you don’t know how to pay, please check our payment information page.
3. Order confirmation. You will get a confirmation email, please review all the details your selected. Please make sure that order details, shipping details are correct.
4. Production. It takes 3-5 days for production, exceptions may apply. If you have a special requirement, we may cut the queue for you and speed it up.
5. Doll is ready. We will send you photos if you need them so that you can confirm everything you selected looks correct.
6. Shipping. We will ship the doll to you by UPS or FedEx. Normally it takes 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on your locations. You will get the tracking number in next 1-2 days after shipping.
7. We will send the tracking number to you by email. Keep an eye on your tracking number. Please reach out the shipping company for a more accurate status of your package.
